歳未満の長期入院統合失調症患者の退院可能性の判断について明らかにする．【文献選定方法】医学中央雑誌Web 版（Ver.5）を用い，「精神科」，「長期入院」，「統合失調症」，「判断」，「退院支援」をキーワードとし，2009 年から2019 年の過去10 年に発表されたもので，精神科病棟看護師の65 歳未満の長期入院統合失調症患者の退院可能性の判断について言及している文献を対象とする．【分析方法】文献の研究目的，研究方法，結果の概要，発表年をまとめ，退院可能性の判断について，方法や内容に着目して記述を抽出し，精神科病棟看護師の65 歳未満の長期入院統合失調症患者の退院可能性の判断について検討する．【結果および考察】6 件の文献検討から，精神科病棟看護師の65 歳未満の長期入院統合失調症患者の退院可能性の判断について，以下のことが明らかになった．　1） 退院可能性の判断には，退院を目標にした視点での査定を日常生活援助から行う場合と，退院を目標にした視点なく印象的な出来事や気にかかる生活状況から退院の課題をつかむ場合がある．　2） 退院可能性の判断のための査定内容は，精神症状，セルフケア能力，家族のサポート等である．　3） 退院支援の内容から，退院可能性の判断のための査定内容を推測すると，精神症状以外では，査定内容と支援内容に混在がみられる．　4）
