Welfare","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"教師の力量を測る上で最も有効な場面は,授業実践場面であると言われる.しかし,教師の授業力は「手続き的知識」であり,獲得した本人でさえそのプロセスを認識することは難しい知識である.つまり,教師の授業力は,客観視することが難しい能力の一つと言える.そこで先行研究では,発話という定量化が可能な指標を用いて,経験年数の違いが発話に反映されるという仮説のもと,教師の授業力を客観視することを目指してきた.しかし,「経験年数」を授業力の指標とするには根拠も弱く,授業力の客観視には未だ至っていない. そこで本研究では「学年固定」の方法を採用し,発達的様相に応じた発話の内容を客観視することを目指した.具体的には,Flanders(1970)の発話カテゴリーを用いて,授業で採取される教師側の発話を定量分析にかけ,発話の量やクラスター構造などを学年比較により調べた.
