Human rights apply throughout the world, irrespective of country, culture and association. Sweden has been accepting a large number of immigrants including refugees according to this basic idea. Different measures such as Swedish education, compulsory and upper secondary school, vocational training for adults and employment promotion have been taken for many years. Today about 14% of Swedish population is foreign-born.However, problems arise in educational achievements, employment rates, income they gain etc. This paper describes the status quo and problems of Sweden’s migration policy. New measures against the problems are also mentioned. So far there have been few papers in Japan on Swedish migration policy. Achieving a society which is characterized by mutual respect for differences within the limits set by the fundamental democratic values should be quite important for Japanese society in the future.}, pages = {45--55}, title = {スウェーデンにおける移民政策の現状と課題}, volume = {15}, year = {2012} }
